Malcolm takes a “hands on” approach. He works closely with his clients to identify opportunities for growth and then guides them in formalising structures and procedures as the business develops.He is particularly appreciated for his ability to find solutions which minimise overall tax exposure by taking into consideration both the client’s personal and commercial tax positions.
In all areas, his pragmatic problem solving skills are greatly appreciated. Malcolm qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has more than 25 years experience acting for a varied portfolio of clients.
Prior to CBW, Malcolm was a Partner at Gordon Leighton, a highly respected mid tier practice in central London.
