Carl Bowles
Carl has broad experience in rescues, recoveries and insolvencies. He joins CBW from a top 25 accountancy practice where he managed commercial insolvencies including: Administrations (including pre-packs), Receiverships, Creditors, Members and Compulsory Liquidations; and Company Voluntary Arrangements.
His experience also includes a role with the Official Receiver.
Carl brings with him an extensive network that will add to the resources that CBW can offer its clients and contacts.
Carl is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner but also has an LLB Degree in Law and Accountancy and a LLM Masters’ in Commercial Law.

- Dealing with multiple MVLs of dormant subsidiaries for clients within the insurance sector
- Forensic investigations to support multi million pound misfeasance claims
