Carl has broad experience in rescues, recoveries and insolvencies. He joins CBW from a top 25 accountancy practice where he managed commercial insolvencies including: Administrations (including pre-packs), Receiverships, Creditors, Members and Compulsory Liquidations; and Company Voluntary Arrangements.
His experience includes a role with the Official Receiver and he is a committee member of the R3 Small Practices Group (SPG).
Carl is also a regular contributor to the BBC, Law Society Gazette and Accountancy Age on insolvency issues.
He is a Licenced Insolvency Practitioner but also has an LLB Degree in Law and Accountancy and a LLM Master's in Commercial Law.
