Peter is highly regarded for his provision of advice on financial issues in criminal proceedings and in acting as an expert accountant, both for Prosecution and Defence. He acts in civil cases too, including commercial claims and valuation disputes.

His key skill is the analysis of volumes of data and its presentation to the Court in a simple, non technical manner.

Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds their Certificate of Management Information. He is also an Accredited Mediator with the Centre for Dispute Resolution and a Member of the Academy of Experts.

Peter was a partner at Hacker Young and dealt with their consultancy and forensic work before joining Carter Backer Winter in 1995.
