CBW became an LLP on 01 July 2009
Over the last few years Carter Backer Winter (“CBW”) has continued to implement a more corporate approach and its move to a Limited Liability Partnership (“LLP”) is an incremental, but formal, step in the process. The impact on the day-to-day dealings with clients will be outwardly barely noticeable.
However, ultimately, an LLP will allow CBW to more easily develop joint ventures and corporate partnerships which, in turn, will allow the practice to continue its expansion into highly specialised areas of advice.
Peter Winter, Managing Partner at CBW, says “this change will allow us to continue with the evolution of CBW – for the benefit of its clients, staff and members”.
Converting to an LLP does not affect the service CBW delivers. All existing arrangements will automatically transfer from Carter Backer Winter to Carter Backer Winter LLP.
