Graduate vacancies

AAT Programme

CBW has temporarily suspended recruitment due to COVID-19, to allow our HR Consultancy team to focus on our staff and clients.

In the meantime, please keep an eye on our social media platforms, and our careers section of this website, and we will let you know as soon as our recruitment programme is up and running again.

Traditionally CBW has recruited a number of Graduate ACA Trainees each year. However, this year we are looking to mix things up a little with the inclusion of AAT entry level positions, aimed at people with A-level or equivalent qualifications who want to skip getting a degree and the student life and move straight into work.

The AAT qualification is delivered by a leading training provider on a day release basis one-day a week. The rest of the week will be spent putting the theory into practice by working on audit and accounts jobs and learning your new profession from the ground up. Extensive on the job training and support will be on hand and you will have access to a wealth of knowledge from our General Practice team.

Internal career progression is very important to CBW and we always look to develop our team so they can realise their full potential and the AAT positions are no different. Successful completion of AAT Level 3 will enable you to be placed in the final interview stages for CBW’s ACA training programme and give you the opportunity to become a Chartered Accountant.
