CBW and Logistics UK’s M&A Logistics Survey Report 2020

CBW and Logistics UK, in conjunction with the leading independent logistics research firm Analytiqa, have published ground breaking research on companies’ expectations for mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activity in the sector over the next 12 months.

The survey, which involved senior executives within logistics companies in the UK, provides a view on expected trends in M&A, including valuations, and also touches on some of the most important issues facing companies in the sector, particularly in light of Covid-19 and Brexit.

M&A Logistics Survey Results: Will Covid-19 Accelerate the Consolidation Trend?

We hope you find the results of our research useful as you plan for the next 12 months and beyond. Given that the M&A Index indicates consolidation will continue for logistics businesses, we recommend that all companies within the sector should include this as a discussion point at boardroom level.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch directly with Philip Bird, Head of Logistics and Corporate Finance at CBW.
