Philip Harrison is an Auto-Enrolment Consultant with five years’ industry experience in financial services.
Philip joined CBW in 2012 and completed his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning within 12 months. He started with the firm as a Pensions Administrator and after displaying strong potential he was promoted to consultant in CBW’s corporate sector and tasked with setting up an automatic enrolment solution from scratch. Since starting up the Automatic Enrolment offering, Philip advises employers with up to 1500 employees comply with the new pensions legislation. His excellent customer service skills and impressive knowledge has led hundreds of companies to engage with CBW and assist with their Automatic Enrolment solutions.
Philip’s wealth of knowledge and experience from focusing solely on automatic enrolment for over two years, means he deals directly with clients and answers 100% of their queries. This helps to build lasting relationships and cuts out unnecessary third party communication. Philip is continuously working and researching ways to improve our automatic enrolment offering and alleviate the administrative burden on our clients. Philip is a member of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) by Diploma having studied with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). He has also gained his certificate with the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) in 2015.
